National unemployment rate fell slightly in December from 9.8 percent to 9.4 percent. However, this is not true for the young veteran community, reports the

Young veterans are having difficulties finding work in a tight job market. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported a dramatic increase in unemployment for young veterans, from 9.4 percent in November to 11.7 percent in December.
