FTC - Calling All Telemarketers: Amendments to the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has amended the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) to give consumers a choice about whether they want to receive most telemarketing calls.
