WHO? The Better Business Bureau Educational Foundation (BBBEF) is organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. BBBEF is affiliated with the Better Business Bureau of Eastern North Carolina, Inc. and is chartered to serve thirty-three counties in eastern North Carolina.
WHY? The Foundation was organized for the purpose of complimenting the BBB's educational programs such as Consumer Tips, Product/Service Pamphlets, Seminars, Alerts, News Releases and a Speakers Bureau. The Foundation provides scholarships for BBB Accredited Business employees and their families. It also distributes several thousand books each year to children in eastern North Carolina. The BBBEF is in the process of developing a web page. Please check back for updates.
